| A: You can create any state disclosure forms in Word and add them to the vForms library using our RTF options. Any state disclosure forms located in your LOS system can be easily printed and emailed using the vForms Printer included in each vForms software program.
vForms also offers a subscription to all state disclosure forms with our "GreatDocs Library" of forms. |
| Q: What if there are other forms I want that are not included in the complete library of forms? |
| A: vForms has a standard library of over 115+ documents that should meet most of the needs of any mortgage operation. If you desire additional forms that are not in the library or have custom documents that you use at your company, you can have them designed for as little as $24.95/page or you can create your own forms using our RTF options. Call for details. For a small training fee, Client Services will train you to create your own custom forms using the full version of Adobe Acrobat. |

| A: You can add more that one data source to the Contact, Borrowers, and Prospect icons.Each of these icons can be programmed to access up to 50 different computer folders and 25 portfolio programs. |
| Q: When I click on the Borrowers button vForms says, "No files found". |
A: The Borrower and Prospect buttons are defaulted to look for your most commonly used loan origination data files. If you have your information on any other drive you need to point the Borrower button to the correct location.
If vForms is pointing to the correct database location and you still have no files showing you might have employee filtering setup incorrectly. On the toolbar find the employee button. If a "Rep" box is selected vForms is looking for all files for that specific loan officer. Uncheck the box and reload your files by clicking on the borrower, prospects on the contact button. |
| Q: When I try to print the vForms documents they print in letter size. |
| A: Many popular email providers such as Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail, offer a limited amount of space for downloaded forms, usually 1-2 MB. To make sure that you are under the limit you should consider limiting your emails to 5 or 6 documents at a time.
