Grand Rapids, Mich. and Redmond, Wash. -- Greatland Corporation and vLoanPort, the “Makers of vForms”, today announced they have signed an agreement formalizing a strategic partnership. The contract enhances the intelligent documents within Interactive vForms and forges a strong co-marketing relationship between the companies.

Under the terms of the agreement, vForms will feature several libraries of electronic documents from Greatland. This will include a library of 200-plus compliant state disclosure mortgage forms. The agreement also will provide vForms with compliant FHA, VA and conventional documents.
